About the Conference
On behalf of the organizing committee, it is our privilege to invite you to Maha-Microcon 2026, hosted by the Department of Microbiology at B.K.L. Walawalkar Rural Medical College. This year’s theme ‘MICRO-BRIDGE: Pathogens without Borders’ reflects the interconnected reality of infectious diseases – from antimicrobial resistance in soil to TB/HIV. The conference aims to build bridges between clinical and environmental microbiology, rural and urban healthcare, and traditional knowledge with cutting-edge science.
